Sheila Snoddy (born c. 1967) is an actress and Birmingham radio personality who goes by the pseudonym Jil Friday.

Biography

Snoddy began as a DJ during college. She had loved radio since she was a child and often attempted to call in and win prizes. She later went professional and eventually hosted "Every Night's a Friday Night with Jil Friday," on Magic 96 (WMJJ-FM). She was on WMJJ for seven years and hosted two seasons of Outdoor Alabama on Alabama Public Telvision before departing to have four children.

In 2006 she performed in the Children's Dance Foundation's StageDoor Youth Theatre Company production of Searching for David’s Heart. In August of that year, she performed in the Birmingham Park Players production of Romeo and Juliet as Lady Capulet.

When the Mark & Mack Show moved to WYSF-FM in January 2007, she joined Mark Congleton and Dave Mack to make the show's hosts a trio. She also hosted her own show on the station, weekdays from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m., before the station changed from soft rock to adult contemporary on May 29, 2007.
