The Sitel Birmingham Call Center was a large teleservices facility operated by Sitel, a Nashville, Tennessee-based company. The center, which performed calling services under contract to other businesses, was located in the Village East Shopping Center in Crestline from 1997 to 2010.

Sitel employed as many as 700 people at the center at one point, but laid off 202 workers in September 2006. It had announced plans and sought incentives to add about the same number of positions in 2008, but never did. The facility employed 432 people when it was shut down in August 2010.
