Southlake Village is a 102,500 square-foot office and retail center located at 4524 Southlake Parkway off of Valledyale Road in Hoover's Southlake subdivision. The retail strip is fronted by a 376-space parking lot. It is managed by Engel Realty Company.
Faulkner University occupies an anchor location which is separately owned at the eastern end of the shopping center. Other outparcels are occupied by Hardee's restaurant and Auto Whiz auto parts.
