The St Clair County Commission is the governing body for St Clair County. It meets twice monthly, alternating between the courthouses in Pell City and Ashville.

The current commission structure, with a chair and four associates, was adopted by state law in December 1971. The chair is elected at-large while the associate commissioners represent one of four commission districts in the county.
