The Steel Drum Grill is an island-themed casual restaurant located in the former Sababa space at 3150 Overton Road. Owned by Jeff and Patti Pierce of Big Sky Bread, the restaurant opened in November 2012.

Steel Drum Grill features salads, sandwiches served on Big Sky Bread, grilled entrees with cheddar jalapeño biscuits on the side, and desserts procured from Edgar's Bakery.
