Steve George Chiotakis (born August 8, 1970 in Gary, Indiana) is a weekday news anchor for KCRW-FM, a public radio station in Los Angeles, California.

From 1996 until October 3, 2008, Chiotakis hosted Morning Edition on WBHM-FM in Birmingham. He then spent the next three years as co-host of the nationally-syndicated Marketplace Morning Report.

Chiotakis' family moved to Birmingham when he was 8 years old. He graduated from Shades Valley High School in 1988 and began his radio career as an overnight disc jockey at country station WVOK-AM. During his time there he made in-costume appearances as station mascot Wivik the Frog.

In 1991 Chiotakis moved to WERC-AM as a weekend news announcer, billed as Steve St George. He worked for several stations over the next few years, including WZRR, WMJJ, WJOX, WZYP, and WAPI before being hired in August 1996 at WBHM, where he resumed using his real name. Along the way he earned a bachelor's degree in communications studies at UAB. He is also a past-president and board member of the Alabama Associated Press Broadcasters Association (AAPBA).
