Suzanne Durham was the CEO of YWCA Central Alabama from 1979 to 2013, where she led the organization out of debt and into a period of significant growth and impact. She also served on YWCA USA's national board, including a term as chair. She was named "Business Woman of the Year" by the Birmingham Business Journal in 2004 and "Fundraising Executive of the Year" by the Association of Fundraising Professionals in 2010.
Durham graduated from the University of Montevallo in 1968.
