Name

  • I had originally called this article the "2019 Coronavirus pandemic" because the virus itself is named for the year it was identified, but now that seems like it would cause confusion. --Dystopos (talk) 09:41, 19 March 2020 (PDT)
    • I was up in the air over it. I understood why you'd done it (without you explaining it). If it makes you feel better, while the infection is named "COVID-19" and began in 2019, but it wasn't declared a pandemic until 2020. --Lkseitz (talk) 05:38, 20 March 2020 (PDT)
      • That's a good point. --Dystopos (talk) 10:06, 20 March 2020 (PDT)
        • As time goes on, it has become more evident that "COVID-19 pandemic" is a better name for the article. --Dystopos (talk) 12:40, 29 July 2021 (PDT)

Organization

  • I think I've decided to reformat this entry by "1st wave" "2nd wave" (or "peak", or "outbreak"), etc., but I don't know when I'll bite the bullet. --Dystopos (talk) 09:35, 28 August 2021 (PDT)
