Talk:Bessemer Jail

This should probably be rewritten and distinguished, i.e. two separate articles, one for the Jefferson County Jail at Bessemer and one for the Bessemer Police Department and City Jail. From the sound of it, this is referring to the county jail, as the city jail is combined with the police station on 15th Street North on the other side of the railroad from downtown Bessemer, and a lot older than 1985. --Jared Johnson 15:24, 22 July 2012 (PDT)
