  • Since the novel's name is obviously derived from the nickname, it might be best to give the article about the nickname the undisambiguated name with a short dab notice at the top referring to the novel. But this way works, too. --Dystopos 15:43, 29 January 2007 (PST)
I've never been clear on when to create a disambiguation page vs. just putting a notice at the top. For example, I was going to put such a notice at the top of Vestavia directing to Vestavia Hills, but you created it as a disambiguation page before I finished. --Lkseitz 09:32, 30 January 2007 (PST)
I'm never one to be consistent. Here's how I'd distinguish. In this case "Bombingham" is clearly the originator of the term, and the more significant subject. In the case of "Vestavia" the estate is the originator of the term, but the less significant subject. But don't take anything I say as gospel. --Dystopos 10:13, 30 January 2007 (PST)
