Small roads

I balked at creating a Lancaster Road category for this article. Lancaster is only a few blocks long and, other than this development, consists entirely of unremarkable houses. (Likewise, I didn't link the street name in the article.) In other words, if the category was created, this and Alpine Apartments, which previously stood there, would be the only things in the category, AFAIK. • I don't know yet. Perhaps we could find out the history of the subdivision and put a group of streets together in one category. That takes more research than just looking at a map, though. For now, a neighborhood category would be fine. --Dystopos 09:59, 2 March 2007 (PST)

Units

The Birmingham Business Journal story claims the complex matches Parkridge Cottages, completed at the same time, with 16 units and covering 23,000 sq. feet. The Shelby County Reporter story, however, says Hollywood Villas has 19 units, which was the original announcement as well. I'm going with 19 and assuming that the BBJ story is mistaken. --Lkseitz 11:43, 28 December 2009 (PST)
