I'm almost certain this RootsWeb record is the Jack Caddell in question. But I don't want to reference it without a secondary source for confirmation. Unfortunately this record gives no dates for Caddell, but if it's the right person, it could provide his middle name (Clifton), parents' names, and siblings' names.
