Building

  • I suppose there's a difference between naming something after yourself and having it named in your honor. Do we know which this is? --Dystopos 13:43, 15 August 2007 (PDT)
  • The only reference I ever found that called it "the Taylor Building" was the article on Scott's Koneys. We refer to it as the "storefront in the parking deck" and it is owned by the City of Birmingham. In fact, Superior is leasing the space from the City and will move their mortgage department into it within the next 6-10 months. So, I assumed that someone at the City named it after him. Plus, that's why I said "named in his honor" because even if he named it after himself, he is still the reason it is called "Taylor". --Wheresdib 17:27, 15 August 2007 (PDT)
