Extensions

The bits I added about Park Avenue and where it extended come from my favorite map page. The 7.5 minute views of Jefferson County go up to 1978 and still show it only extending between 19th and 21st. I don't recall, but I'm going to guess that it was extended to 22nd when the new library building opened. (Or rather, I recall that the road was open at that time, but not what it looked like before that.) I take the the additional two blocks are a recent development, as even Google Maps satellite view has that part marked, but doesn't show an actual road there. --Lkseitz 11:30, 19 February 2008 (PST)

• The most recent extension past 22nd Street did come about with the Park Place (Hope VI project). I drive 23rd every day from 5th northward to I-20/59 and it most definitely extends through the complex, and is signed "Park Place". --Wheresdib 12:06, 19 February 2008 (PST)
