Circus auction
Lots of confusion over this auction. I've read that Bailey was one of the owners of Sells & Downs. I've read that the show went on successfully to 1912. I've read that Downs retired. I've read that he continued with Cole Brothers. I've read that the auction took place in 1905. Circus folk are cagey grifter. --Dystopos 09:14, 15 March 2014 (PDT)
