- I'll have to look it up, but it seems that it went through a couple of other names early on: a "Surin & Chris" phase (or something like that) with a concept about blending Thai with another cuisine. and a "Noodle Bowl" name (or something like that) emphasizing that part of the menu. --Dystopos 08:13, 12 March 2008 (PDT)
