Type

I've unintentionally created a conflict for the "type" parameter between the municipality type and the map type. I'll have to think about this, but I think I'll have to rename one of the parameters. Of course, I don't think we're using the type parameter on any of the locate links, so it'll probably be that one since it won't cause any trouble.
