The Texas Instruments Birmingham User's Group (TIBUG) was a computer club for users of the TI-99 family of computers in the early 1980s. The group held regular meetings, held classes, maintained a software library for members, and published a newsletter called Bug News.

TIBUG formed in July 1982, a year after the popular TI-99/4A computer was released. By December, when the first newsletter was published, the group had "almost 50 active members." Within a year, it had grown to "nearly 100." The original and main chapter was based in Irondale and appears to have had Jackie Sanford as the first president, or at least a primary organizer. If correct, that makes the group's second president Dave Grissom, and the third president Barron Bartlett.

Additional chapters of the group formed in 1983. TIBUG-SOUTH was based in Cahaba Heights, met at Cahaba Heights Elementary School, and had Joe Patrick as the first president. The following year Conrad Kussner and Tom Hilliard were elected associate presidents of that chapter. A chapter for the Center Point-Huffman area met at the Springville Road Library with Mike Hartline in charge.

TIBUG (Irondale) and TIBUG-SOUTH were still active at the end of 1984.
