The Lady in the Lake is a monumental fiberglass sculpture created by Mark Cline of Natural Bridge, Virginia for George Barber in 2012.

The original sculpture, depicting the head and knees of a woman submerged in water, was inspired by Oliver Voss' ""Die Badende" (The Bather), installed in Hamburg, Germany's Binnenalster in 2011. Cline's version appears younger and has brown hair rather than a blonde bun.

It was originally displayed in a pond at the Barber Motorsports Park before being relocated to its permanent home at the Barber Marina on Bay La Launch in Baldwin County, where it was called "The Lady in the Bay". The sculpture was damaged by Hurricane Sally in September 2020.

Barber commissioned repairs from Cline, who still had the original pattern for the figure's face. The restored original is expected to return to the marina. A second edition was installed at the Motorsports Park in 2022.
