The Tivoli Apartments, formerly the Christine Apartments, is a 3-story, 15-unit brick apartment building at 1411 14th Street South in Birmingham's Five Points South neighborhood. The building was constructed c. 1929 and is a contributing structure to the Phelan Park Historic District on the National Register of Historic Places.

The building is faced with light brown brick and trimmed with stucco. The building has a raised porch flanked by stairways. The front units have bay windows.

Sam Hageman acquired the property in 2013 for $665,000. He sold it to Bret Connor in 2021 for $980,500.
