Tree Top Apartments

Tree Top Apartments is a 163-unit, 11-building apartment complex located off of Merryvale Road near Wald Park and Vestavia Hills Elementary School West in Vestavia Hills. It was constructed in the 1970s. Until 2017 it was owned by Tillman Realty, with Hal Tillman Jr as managing partner.

In 2017 the Dobbins Group announced a multi-million dollar renovation project for the complex, including new interior and exterior finishes, and upgraded common spaces and amenities.
