Trio's Steak & Seafood was a steak and seafood restaurant located at 5961 Chalkville Mountain Lane in Trussville. At the time of its opening it claimed that it was the most upscale restaurant within the city. Although it was located at a prominent location visible from I-59 at the Chalkville Mountain Road exit, the restaurant would be out of business by 2002.
