The U.S. Treasury building in Birmingham is a $46 million, 3-story, 85,000 square foot office building housing local offices of the United States Department of the Treasury at 1410 8th Avenue North near the Birmingham Social Security Administration Center. It was announced as a $19 million project in 2011 but underwent several design revisions before beginning construction in late 2013. The Treasury office's 250 local employees will relocate from Homewood after the building opens.

The building was designed by KPS Group with input from the General Services Administration's "Design Excellence Committee". It is designed with pre-cast concrete tilt-up panels on the exterior and incorporates energy-saving design elements with the aim of qualifying for "Energy Star" certification. Brasfield & Gorrie is the project contractor.
