Valley Intermediate School is an elementary school in the Pelham City Schools system teaching approximately 700 students in grades third through fifth and feeding into Riverchase Middle School. It is located on Shelby County Road 3 on the west side of Interstate 65 in Pelham. The principal is Dana Payne.
Before July 1, 2014, Valley Elementary was part of the Shelby County Schools system.
