The Birmingham Dinner Theatre was a short-lived theater company which presented plays to diners from 1968 to 1970. The company was headed by Drew Tombrello and his wife Karen, veterans of Town and Gown Theatre.

The first season was staged in the upstairs dining room of Mrs Todd's Cafeteria in the Vestavia Hills Shopping Center. On June 13, 1969 Tombrello signed a year-long lease to move the company to Barber's East Cafeteria at Eastwood Mall.

While Tombrello was able to pay his creditors and recoup his own expenses, the enterprise was never profitable, and closed as soon as the lease ended.
