Walston Wells & Birchall was a law partnership founded in 1991 with 22 attorneys and offices at One Federal Place.

In March 2010 the firm was acquired by Jones Walker Waechter Poitevent Carrére & Denégre, a New Orleans-based firm with offices in the Financial Center building on 20th Street North. The combined firm occupy Walston Wells former offices.
