The Western Supermarket Corporate Office is a 1-story, 7,492 square-foot office building at 2614 19th Street South Homewood. It was constructed for Western Supermarkets as a corporate headquarters. The building occupies a sloping site, with its southern end raised over six covered parking spaces.
William and David Siegel of Twin Construction purchased the property in 2019 after the supermarket chain closed. Mike Mouron of Capstone Real Estate Investments acquired a 50% interest in the building in 2020 as the partners began to redevelop the building for an office tenant. Plans included enclosing the ground level parking to increase the leasable space to 11,000 square feet.
