William Cary Hulsey

William Cary "Billy" Hulsey (born in Owensboro, Kentucky) is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Arlington Properties and Arlington Construction Services. Hulsey joined Arlington Properties in December 1976.

A native of Kentucky, Hulsey is a long-time resident of Birmingham. He is a graduate of the University of Alabama, and a member of its National Advisory Board and of the President's Cabinet of the University. He is also a trustee of Birmingham-Southern College and has received an Honorary Doctor of Laws from that institution. Hulsey has served as Chairman of the Birmingham Area Chapter of the American Red Cross and as president of the Eye Foundation Hospital and the Rotary Club of Birmingham. Hulsey and his wife Millie serve as co-chairs of the Friends of American Art at the Birmingham Museum of Art, and in 2008, they endowed the William Cary Hulsey Curatorship of American Art at the Museum.

Hulsey is married to Millie Hulsey and they have two children, Duncan Hulsey and Marilyn Hulsey Dixon.
