The Williams Apartments, also called the Duncan Apartments or Ballard I Apartments, is a 2-story 4-unit apartment building located at 1409 14th Street South in Birmingham's Southside neighborhood. The Art Deco-style building was constructed in 1929 and is clad in light yellow brick with orange brick details.
The building is listed as a contributing structure to the Phelan Park Historic District on the National Register of Historic Places.
In May 2021 Bret Connor and William Byars of Coosa Investments partnered with Carter Hughes of HCP Riviera to acquire the property for $300,000.
