Willie Acie Brantley, Sr (born 1918) was a voting rights activist in Shelby County.

During the 1950s, Brantley worked with the Southern Negro Conference to campaign against poll taxes and literacy tests which denied Civil Rights to mostly-Black laborers. In the 1960s he served on a board that oversaw the integration of Montevallo's schools and helped to recruit African-American teachers to the system.

He and his wife, Lois, raised 10 children, all of whom pursued secondary education.

Brantley was honored as the Grand Marshal of Montevallo's Martin Luther King, Jr Day parade in 2008.
