Wright Farm (subdivision) is a planned 300-acre residential subdivision on the former Wright Farm in Springville. The development was proposed by Robert Wilkes, who purchased the property and worked with city officials to get in annexed into Springville and zoned for residential use.

At a zoning hearing, some residents expressed dislike for the proposal, saying that it included far too many homes for the city to absorb and advocating for preserving the rural character of the area. Wilkes told the city that if he could not get approval that he would have the property de-annexed and would pursue a denser scheme with more houses at a lower price point. The Springville City Council voted on September 10, 2018 to keep the property in the city with an agreement to cap the number of house sites at 600, with no more than 75 construction permits issued per year.
