Z Modular is a manufacturer of pre-assembled modular building components and connectors. It was created as a division of Chicago, Illinois-based steel producer Zekelman Industries in 2016. Mickey McNamara is president.
In 2017 the company purchased the 106,000 square foot former O'Neal Industries facility at 3944 Valley East Industrial Drive in the Valley East Industrial Park for a new production plant, which will employ around 100 workers.
