The '''Air Industrial Center''' is a 50-acre industrial and warehousing site just south of the [[Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport]]. It is bounded by [[50th Street North]] on the east and [[Village Creek]] and [[I-59]]/[[I-20|20]] to the south and west.

In December [[2009]] the [[Birmingham Airport Authority]] purchased 25 acres of the site for future expansion of its cargo and industrial operations.
