Bendy's Cookies & Cream is a cookie and ice cream business founded as a food truck in 2016 by Ben and Wendy Treadwell.

The couple opened their first brick-and-mortar location at 3029 Pump House Road in Cahaba Heights in 2019, and a second in the redeveloped former Trussville Bowling Lanes near the Trussville Entertainment District in 2022.
