The '''Manna Grocery & Deli''' (formerly '''Harmony Natural Foods''') is a natural food store and lunch counter located at 2300 [[McFarland Boulevard|McFarland Boulevard East]], across from [[Snow Hinton Park]] in [[Tuscaloosa]].

The business was founded in the 1970s on [[University Boulevard]] by [[Earle Drennen|Earle]] and [[Frances Self Drennen|Frances Drennen]] (who have since divorced, but remain business partners). The present name debuted in April [[1980]] with a move to 15th Street. The grocery opened in its present location in [[1989]].

The store carries natural, organic, ehtnic and gourmet grocery items including bulk grains, natural cleaning supplies, wheat- and gluten-free products, supplements, locally-made food products, cosmetics and gifts. The deli prepares fresh prepared meals and made-to-order pizzas, sandwiches, meat-free burgers, and salads.
