Robert Knight (born c. 1956) is public safety director for the city of Pleasant Grove, supervising the Pleasant Grove Police Department and Pleasant Grove Fire Department.

Knight joined the department in 1982 and served as acting director after the death of William Waites in March 2009. He was made the permanent director by Mayor Jerry Brasseale on August 26.
