1801 4th Avenue North

1801 4th Avenue North is a 4-story brick-clad office building located on the northwest corner of Block 72, southeast of the intersection 4th Avenue North and 18th Street North in downtown Birmingham. It houses the offices of the United States Attorney for the Northern District of Alabama.

The building was designed by Moser Mayer Phoenix Associates of Greensboro, North Carolina and was renovated in 2000. It was purchased for $8.8 million by Elman Investors of New York City in 2003. They sold it to an affiliate of Boyd Watterson of Chicago, Illinois in 2021 for $10.5 million.
