1905 Park Place is a 4,551 square-foot, one-story commercial building on the northwest corner of Block 34, at 1901-1909 Park Place, adjacent to the Park Place Tower and facing AT&T City Center tower across 19th Street North, and the City Hall Parking Deck across Park Place.
In 2019 owner Ronnie Dixon sold the building to Green Rock and Ironvest Partners for $401,000. The new owners made exterior repairs with plans to market the vacant spaces for lease on a build-to-suit basis.

- 1905-1909: former location of Park Place Cafe, Traditions (2011), Rosato's Deli (2015–2017), Cajun Bistro (Omar Rasoul & Christian Foster 2021–)
