1940 Alabama State Fair

The 1940 Alabama State Fair was a State Fair held in October 1940 at the Alabama State Fairgrounds. In addition to livestock and educational exhibits, the fair featured military parades, auto races, a "State Fair Revue" variety show presented by Royal American, and a visit from governor Frank Dixon.
General admission to the grounds was 25¢, and grandstand seats cost 50¢. Reserved seats were 25¢ more.
