On the grandstand, crowds were treated to the crowning of the Maid of Cotton, and the Broadway-style chorus troupe, the Manhattan Rockets. Other entertainments included the Brandywine Singers, Cuneo's Horse Fantasy Revue, Pat Woodell of Petticoat Junction, and a nightly fireworks show.
