The 1966 Parade of Homes was a marketing event for new home construction put on by the Birmingham Association of Home Builders in 1966. Albert Awtrey chaired the event.

Twenty-one new homes were constructed especially for the event at Green View Estates off Tyler Road in Hoover, adding to 13 that had been built for the 1965 event. Additional newly-built homes were included in the tour at other sites.

The theme for the year was "Outdoor Living", with many of the houses on display featuring sliding glass doors, back-yard patios and sun decks, often equipped with gas-fueled barbecue grills and swimming pools.
