The 2010 Alabama Crimson Tide football team, reigning National Champions, entered the season as the #1 ranked team in the Associated Press poll. The season began without two key players: Heisman Trophy-winning tailback Mark Ingram Jr sat out with a knee injury and defensive back Marcel Dareus served a two-game suspension.

  • October 16: Alabama defeated the Mississippi Rebels 23-10 at Bryant-Denny Stadium
  • October 23: Alabama defeated the Tennessee Volunteers 41-10 in Knoxville, Tennessee
  • November 6: Alabama lost to the Louisiana State Bengal Tigers 21-24 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana
  • November 13: Alabama defeated the Mississippi State Bulldogs 30-10 at Bryant-Denny Stadium
  • November 18: Alabama defeated the Georgia State Panthers 63-7 at Bryant-Denny Stadium
  • November 26: Alabama lost to the Auburn Tigers 27-28 at Bryant-Denny Stadium
