The 2014 Trussville property tax referendum was held in Trussville in 2014 to determine whether to levy a new "school tax" in the form of a temporary property tax hike of 7.0 mills (from 55.1 to 62.1) to support construction of two new elementary schools in the Trussville City Schools system.

The referendum was successful. The two new schools were later dedicated as Cahaba Elementary School and Magnolia Elementary School.
