2231 20th Avenue South

2231 20th Avenue South is a two-story multi-tenant office building at 2227–2231 20th Avenue South in Birmingham's Redmont Park neighborhood, adjacent to Mountain Brook's English Village.

The building was developed by Farris Properties and constructed in 2017 on a 1/3rd-acre site formerly occupied by a one-story brick structure used by the Village Companies.

A company registered to Ken and Judy Horton of NuTech Spine & Biologics purchased the building for $3.049 million from Alex Jones and John Chapman in 2020.
