2301 Arlington Avenue is a 3-story, 8,387 square-foot office building located at 2301 Arlington Avenue, on the corner of 22nd Street South, in Birmingham's Five Points South neighborhood.
In 2020 John Chapman of Farris Properties purchased the building along with the neighboring 2305 Arlington Avenue from Abaco Partners for $750,000.
Triumph Services relocated to the building from One Highland Place in 2021.
