2701 1st Avenue South is a one-story, 14,686 square-foot office building constructed in 2005 at the corner of 27th Street South and 1st Avenue South in Birmingham's Southside neighborhood. It was designed by Goodwyn, Mills & Cawood architects and housed their Birmingham offices until 2020.
The Hugh Kaul Trail, a segment of the Jones Valley Trail, passes by the building.
In 2022 the building was acquired by Navigate Affordable Housing Partners.
