3032 John Hawkins Parkway

3032 John Hawkins Parkway is a 10,400 square-foot retail strip located at 3032 John Hawkins Parkway (Alabama State Highway 150), in front of the Hampton Inn & Suites and across from the Riverchase Galleria in Hoover. It has access from the Parkway and from Galleria Boulevard.

The strip was constructed in 2004 and acquired by Atlanta investor George Kingston in 2005 for $3.325 million. A group of local investors purchased it from him in December 2020 for $4 million.
