633 Tuscaloosa Avenue is a one-story, 11,200 square-foot commercial building on a 0.75-acre lot at 633 Tuscaloosa Avenue, near Princeton Baptist Medical Center in Birmingham's Arlington-West End neighborhood.

The building housed Alley's Drugs Store No. 3 from 1984 to 2015. It was later sold to Jin Chul Choi and Sung-Kyu Lee and housed Queen's Beauty Supply.

In April 2022 the building was acquired by Quattro Development of Chicago, Illinois and leased to the Chicago-based Oak Street Health, a primary health care clinic. Later that year, Quattro sold the parcel to Haymeadow Investments of Chicago for $2.78 million.
