Alabama Theatre ghosts

The Alabama Theatre ghosts are any of several ghostly apparitions that have been reported in the Alabama Theatre:

• A construction worker who fell from the ceiling in November 1927 is said to still roam below the balcony.
• An intern was surprised by an empty seat being pulled down while she checked sight lines from the upper balcony.
• A bridal party reported seeing a woman dressed in black velvet pulled into the wall by a second male figure.
• Cecil Whitmire once saw a "shadowy object" behind the screen while alone in the theater.
