The AnaDon Building Company is a custom and speculative homebuilding company founded in 2001 by Carl Hess. AnaDon, which has offices at 4 Office Park in Mountain Brook, served as the general contractor for the Southside Townhouses project, and is an approved contractor at The Ridge on Lake Martin and at Butler Springs at Ross Bridge.
